This website is owned and operated by Sophie Smith. These terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services/products as offered by us. This website offers visitors the purchase and use of wax melts and wax burners. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

When buying an item, you agree that (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the checkout payment process. All ingredients to every item listed are provided on the item purchased. This will be found on a sticker placed on the back of every wax melt.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

World of Wax is collecting the data to keep on file for future information regarding your order. The only people who can access this information at World of Wax is Sophie Smith, the owner of World of Wax.

Name, full address, contact number, email address.

The customer has given clear consent to process their personal data for a specific purpose.

"Will the data be shared with any third parties?"

The only third party that this information will be shared with is Royal Mail for the purpose of the customer receiving their order. Under no circumstances will personal information be past onto any other third party.

"How will the information be used?"

The personal information given will be used only for the purpose of the customer receiving their order. Information is stored in a file on our website. This information is only available to World of Wax.

"How long will the data be stored for?"

The data will be stored safely on file until the individual requests it to be removed. This request can be made by sending an email to info@worldofwaxuk.com and requesting the "Right To Be Forgotten".

"What rights does the data subject have?"

Individuals have the right to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data. Individuals have the right to access their personal data. Individuals have a right to have personal data erased. Individuals have an absolute right to stop their data being used for direct marketing.

World of Wax will not pass on your personal data to third parties without your consent. Royal Mail will receive your personal data which includes your name and full address if these details are given. These details are given for the purpose of delivering your order to you.

World of Wax's safeguarding procedures includes keeping our files safe with passwords that only the owner knows. Access to the files are only authorised to be looked at by the owners of World of Wax. No other person has authorisation to access these files where personal data is kept. Personal data is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures.

Returns Policy

You have the right to return your unused goods within 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Shipping costs for any returns will be at your own cost. Goods must be in their original packaging and must be in the condition they were sold. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.50 per order.
Shipping will be free for all orders of the total cost of £35.
All orders are sent Second Class Standard shipping. This could be subject to change.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the correct shipping address. In the event that you have provided the incorrect address, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or package replacement.
